An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Engineer to support the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes at Lifts.

Your overall objective will be to improve efficiencies, eliminate waste and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities are varied and will include providing appropriate levels of support to all areas of manufacturing to ensure there is a coordinated team approach to process improvement.  You will lead problem solving initiatives to achieve root-cause resolution of all quality problems, introducing corrective and preventative measures.  In addition, you will provide support for new product development activities within the department.   

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role supported by the following attributes:

• HND or equivalent level qualification in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Fabrication and/or Assembly processes
