Stannah install new lift at the Evening Gazette on Teesside

Stannah Lifts Ltd was delighted to support a special Evening Gazette supplement celebrating the completion of a major makeover of the Gazette offices.

Almost £2M has been invested in transforming the original 1930s offices in the heart of Middlesbrough – creating a state-of-the-art home for their multi-media business.

Stannah installed a new passenger lift as part of the transformation, ensuring easy access for all staff and visitors to the prestigious offices.

A grand opening of the new-look Evening Gazette base was celebrated by 150 key figures from the public, private and voluntary sectors in the paper’s circulation area.

Guest speaker, minister at large for the North-East and Deputy Chief Whip, Nick Brown, praised Teesside for powering ahead in the national growth statistics by 5.5% and the Evening Gazette for playing its part in the on-going regeneration of the Tees Valley.
