Stannah has two Service Branches covering London and the South East - Dartford and Crayford. These two branches provide a full range of lift services, including lift repair and maintenance contracts for all makes of lift with a 24 hours 265 days emergency breakdown. The Dartford branch also carry out major lift refurbishment and modernisation projects across London and the South East.

Which Branch do I need?

This will depend on the type of lift you need servicing:

DARTFORD

All Passenger Lifts, non-Stannah manufactured Goods Lifts, Escalators & Moving Walkways and all Vertical Platform Lifts (such as Stannah's Midilift) are serviced by the Dartford Branch.

CRAYFORD

All makes of Stairlift (including Stannah Stairlifts), Stannah Goods-Only lifts, all Platform Stairlifts (such as Stannah's Stairiser) and domestic through-the-floor lifts (Homelift) are serviced by the Crayford Branch.
