At Stannah Lift Services in Bristol we offer a complete maintenance, breakdown and repair service, based around a range of 3 maintenance contracts designed to suit your every need and budget. All our contracts include regular preventative maintenance visits where our engineers will inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all lift components. Our emergency breakdown service offers peace of mind through the knowledge that Stannah are available 24 hours a day to put your lift back into service.
Large refurbishment projects are also part of our portfolio - the most recent project being 3 new lifts at Temple Meads Station in Bristol.

Recent Awards at the Bristol Branch
Martyn Channon gained his 'Managing Safely' IOSH Award

Between the four Senior Supervisors at Bristol they have over 100 years of service. We must be doing something right!

Mobile Communications
Stannah Lift Services operate a mobile communications system that enables the branch offices to be in touch with their travelling engineers all day, every day. Each engineer carries a laptop which displays all scheduled work for each week.
The engineer is able to fill in his log on completion of each site and send the information directly to the office for processing. A huge advantage of the system is the reduction in paperwork. The ability to be in direct contact with the engineers means emergency call-outs can be met even more quickly as it is possible to quickly locate the nearest engineer and be aware of his workload. Then, if necessary, schedules can be re-arranged to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved for our customers.
ss Great Britain
Stannah have installed four lifts at the ss Great Britain site in Bristol’s Great Western Dockyard.
Bristol Temple Meads (Phase 1)
In 2004 Stannah Lift Services were awarded a new 10 year contract by Network Rail to maintain and service all station lifts across the UK rail network.
Bristol Temple Meads (Phase 2)
Phase 2 of their refurbishment project for Network Rail at Temple Meads Station has been completed. The total replacement of three 56 person 4200kg hydraulic goods/passenger lifts was completed in just 13 weeks, to Network Rail specifications. The new lifts meet the requirements of the Lifts Directive (95/16/EC) 1995, BS5655 and EN 81-80.
