At Stannah Lift Services in Gateshead we offer a complete maintenance, breakdown and repair service, based around a range of 3 maintenance contracts designed to suit your every need and budget. All our contracts include regular preventative maintenance visits where our engineers will inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all lift components. Our emergency breakdown service offers peace of mind through the knowledge that Stannah are available 24 hours a day to put your lift back into service.
Large refurbishment projects are also part of out portfolio. We can supply be-spoke lifts of any size and travel, for most applications. Please call us for details.

Stannah is Employer of the Year! (2005)
Stannah Lift Services of Dunston, Gateshead, was presented with the prestigious award of ‘Employer of the Year’ at a recent Awards Evening held by training provider Access Training Ltd, at the Marriott Hotel, Gateshead. This award was given to recognise the outstanding commitment of Stannah’s Dunston branch in the support they continue to give to the development of their staff at all levels.
Mobile Communications
Stannah Lift Services operate a mobile communications system that enables the branch offices to be in touch with their travelling engineers all day, every day. Each engineer carries a laptop which displays all scheduled work for each week.
The engineer is able to fill in his log on completion of each site and send the information directly to the office for processing. A huge advantage of the system is the reduction in paperwork. The ability to be in direct contact with the engineers means emergency call-outs can be met even more quickly as it is possible to quickly locate the nearest engineer and be aware of his workload. Then, if necessary, schedules can be re-arranged to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved for our customers.
