At Stannah Lift Services in Mansfield we offer a complete maintenance, breakdown and repair service, based around a range of 3 maintenance contracts designed to suit your every need and budget. All our contracts include regular preventative maintenance visits where our engineers will inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all lift components. Our emergency breakdown service offers peace of mind through the knowledge that Stannah are available 24 hours a day to put your lift back into service.
Large refurbishment and modernisation projects are also a major part of our portfolio. We are able to act as main or sub-contractors, supply be-spoke lift products for low, medium and high rise installations and always with the health and safety as our first priority.

Your Service was Excellent
"Dear Sirs,
About 6:30pm on Friday, 14.9.07 our Stannah Stairlift developed a fault. As we rely on it totally to get my husband upstairs we were very concerned. I rang an emergency number and was told someone would come between 7-11pm. Another phone call shortly afterwards said someone would come in about one hour. A very pleasant young man came, repaired the fault and was gone before 8:30pm.

Mobile Communications
Stannah Lift Services operate a mobile communications system that enables the branch offices to be in touch with their travelling engineers all day, every day. Each engineer carries a laptop which displays all scheduled work for each week.
The engineer is able to fill in his log on completion of each site and send the information directly to the office for processing. A huge advantage of the system is the reduction in paperwork. The ability to be in direct contact with the engineers means emergency call-outs can be met even more quickly as it is possible to quickly locate the nearest engineer and be aware of his workload. Then, if necessary, schedules can be re-arranged to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved for our customers.
