"On Christmas Eve our lift broke down and within three quarters of an hour the engineer was with us. He worked late into the evening to try to get it running but it needed a new coil. We were very distressed over this as we desperately needed the lift the next morning. The engineer told us to ring him half an hour before we wanted to go and he would come and lower the lift manually. This he did ON CHRISTMAS DAY!"
