A history of achievement
Stannah is a world leader in the design and manufacture of stair lifts, which are renowned for their ease of use, quality and reliability. We launched our first stair lift in 1975 in the UK. In 1979, we began exporting our stair lifts - winning the Queen's Award for Export Achievement in 1987, 1994 and 1999. Stannah stair lifts are now distributed in 42 countries world-wide and are the market leaders in almost every one, including the key markets of the UK, Germany and Japan.
