From 1st October 2019 Stannah has introduced an enhanced scheme for maternity and paternity pay. The Company will pay 100% of basic salary for the first 16 weeks of maternity leave, a significant uplift to the statutory requirement to pay 90% for the first six weeks, followed by the statutory weekly amount set by the government for the following 33 weeks. For paternity leave, 100% of basic salary will be paid for the first week taken.
