Installation Technician
Make a difference every day. As a Stannah Installation Technician, you’ll install and service stairlifts that help customers stay safe and independent in their homes.
What You’ll Do
- Professionally install and service Stannah stairlifts in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Provide customers with clear, thorough instruction on stairlift operation at handover
- Accurately document service and installation activity
- Maintain proper inventory and organization of service vehicle parts
- Represent Stannah with professionalism, courtesy, and care
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent working condition

Sales Advisor
Join a consultative sales team that changes lives. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll meet with warm leads who have already expressed interest - no cold calling or door knocking.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified customers through appointments scheduled by our Inside Sales team
- Conduct in-home consultations, assess mobility needs, and deliver tailored solutions thatimprove customers’ quality of life
- Provide onsite quotations and clearly present the benefits of our products versus alternatives
- Maintain strong customer relationships through thoughtful follow-up and detailed documentation
- Develop and grow your territory through referrals, partnerships, and local market engagement
- Build strong professional relationships with community organizations and referral sources
- Deliver a professional, supportive, and solution-focused experience from first visit to close

Inside Sales Representative
Help customers take the next step toward greater independence. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll connect with prospective clients, nurture leads, and create a positive, supportive sales experience.
What You’ll Do
- Make professional outbound follow-up calls to convert scheduled appointments into confirmed orders
- Respond promptly to inbound sales leads (phone, mail, internet, email) and accurately enter details into our database
- Guide clients through the next step in the sales process with empathy and confidence
- Maintain confidentiality while representing the company with professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to support a seamless customer experience
