Distributor Warranty Registration

Stannah Stairlifts are covered by a lifetime primary motor / gearbox and 2-years parts warranty, for registrations completed within 30 days of installation. Warranty coverage applies to new Stannah product only, purchased from and installed by an authorized Stannah distributor in the US or Canada. Stairlift warranties are non-transferable.

Homelift (Uplifts) are covered by a 5-year primary motor / drive system and 2-years parts warranty, for registrations completed within 30 days of installation. Warranty coverage applies to new Homelift (Uplifts) products only, purchased from and installed by an authorized Stannah distributor in the US or Canada. Homelifts (Uplifts) warranties are transferable to a new party so long as the product remains intact at the location of the original installation.
