Warranty Registration

New Stannah Stairlifts are covered by a lifetime carriage motor gearbox and 1-year parts and labor warranty. Reconditioned units are covered by a 10-year carriage motor gearbox and 1-year parts and labor warranty. Complete your registration within 30 days of installation.  Warranty coverage applies to Stannah products purchased from and installed by  Stannah in the US or Canada. Depending on the condition of your stairlift you can extend your parts warranty up to five years total.

Stairlift warranties are non-transferable and may change if you are buying from a trusted Stannah Distributor.
