Your Stairlift Timeline: From First Call to Final Installation

Throughout our manufacturing process we have a range of quality and safety checks – we test every single stairlift carriage before it leaves our factory to ensure our stairlifts meet our stringent quality criteria.

For a straight stairlift, we aim to install within 5 working days. On the day of installation, it usually takes just a couple of hours for our expert technicians to install your stairlift in your home.

Due to the individual nature of a staircase with one or two turns, our rails are individually designed and manufactured by our skilled craftsmen to ensure the best possible fit on your stairs.  It can take between 3-4 weeks for delivery, and just a few hours for our technicians to install it in your home. If you need a stairlift installed sooner, please call us as we will most likely be able to help.

Our advisor will be able to give you an estimated installation time when he or she visits during the stair survey.
