How do I pay my outstanding balance?
To make the outstanding balance payment for your stairlift or homelift:
- Select "I don't have an invoice number"
- Select "Other"
- Complete the form with your details
The amount payable is shown as the 'Outstanding amount' on your Order Acknowledgement, and your reference number should be entered into the notes.
You can find your reference number on any correspondence that we have sent, or at the top of your quotation form that our sales consultant left with you.
