Safety testing for straight and curved stairlifts
As a well-renowned stairlift company, we make sure every Stannah stairlift undergoes continuous tests before it gets installed at your home.
During the design testing phase, our straight stairlifts cover approximately 143 miles of straight stairlift tracks to ensure optimal reliability and the smoothest of rides. While our prototype curved stairlifts travel 222 miles - covering the same distance between London and Brussels!
Rigorous testing
Not just our new stairlift models but also our reconditioned stairlifts undergo rigorous testing by our team of engineers. Our preowned stairlifts will only receive the Stannah reconditioned certification when they meet all quality and safety standards.
We do extensive tests for all the standard and optional safety features too; from powered swivel seats and remote controls to child lock features; meaning you can have complete peace of mind when using your stairlift.
