Stannah Salise product support
Using your Stannah Salise lift should be simple, but when your lift gives you trouble, there are some simple steps to resolve common problems

Stannah Salise troubleshooting
The lift is not functioning at all?
There is a small red light in the top right of the call station when the lift operates normally. If the red light is off, then check the power is on, and if the power is on, then reset the lift. If the lift does not operate you will need to arrange a visit from a service engineer.
The lift will not travel in either direction?
- Press the door button
- Press the button on the fob
- Check for obstructions and remove if found
- Free the infill panel safe edge which is fitted with sensors that automatically stop the lift if the infill panel is obstructed

The lift is making a beeping noise?
If you hear a single short beep on the lift car every two minutes the batteries are low on the call station handset and require replacing. There are three CR2450 batteries required. Full instructions can be found in the user manual.
The smoke alarm is flashing or beeping?
Refer to the user manual, however typically this means the smoke detection system requires inspection.
None of the above?
If the above hasn't helped then you can refer to the user manual for more information.
