If you have a stairlift or homelift breakdown or are having problems with your product, we can get it working again quickly and easily.
Please call your local service branch for all service and repair enquiries. For any emergency breakdown and repair services, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Top tips
- If you are home alone, we always recommend you carry a mobile phone to alert others if you need help.
- Keep your local Stannah service branch or supplier number handy for emergencies.
- It’s always a good idea to ask someone else to be around to help you troubleshoot.
- If your stairlift stops on the stairs, it’s best to stay seated and see if you can restart it or summon assistance. If you have to get off, make sure you can do so safely, take it slowly and ideally, have someone help you.
