We understand that circumstances can change and that you may unfortunately wish to cancel

Cancelling a stairlift order
You can do this by doing one of the following:
- Phone us on 01264 364311 (we will ask you to confirm your request in writing)
- Send an email to stairliftorders@stannah.co.uk
- Write to us at: Stannah Lift Services Ltd, Watt Close, East Portway, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3SD
- Complete the cancellation form and return it to the email or postal address on the form
When you contact us, please give us your name, your home address, details of the order (including details of your stairlift and when you ordered or received it) and your phone number and email address.
Once you have let us know, the agreement will end immediately, and we will refund any amount you have paid for goods or services we have not provided.

Contract or warranty cancellation for an installed stairlift or homelift
To cancel a service contract, extended warranty or warranty, you can do this by doing one of the following:
- Fill in our contract cancellation form along with any associated paperwork to your local service branch
- Telephone your local service branch and we will ask you to confirm your request in writing
- Send an email or write to your local service branch
If not using the preferred form format, when you contact your local service branch, please provide the following:
- Tell us the reason for the cancellation
- Please give us the name of the legal contract holder name and the home address
- If possible, provide details of the contract type (e.g. warranty, 3-star or 5-star)
- Give us your telephone number and email address if you are not the contract holder*
* If you are signing on behalf of the contract holder, we will require a photocopy or image of the Power of Attorney or Executor paperwork (incl. death certificate). Once we have the appropriate information, we will advise of the services supplied and if any refunds are due. If you also wish to have the stairlift removed, find out more about our removals service.
Please note: if you would like to change the name on your contract with us, we will need to cancel your agreement for the old name and start a new agreement should you wish to continue with your cover. To do this please speak with your local service branch.
