What is Stannah Live?
Stannah Live is our video call service that allows you to browse our range of products wherever you’re located. Discover our stairlifts and homelifts, see them in action and speak to a Stannah expert.

With Stannah Live, you can browse our products, and get expert advice on the different features and benefits of a new stairlift and homelift – all from the comfort of your own home. Experience our products live with a virtual product demonstration guided by our award winning Stannah experts.
How does Stannah Live Work
1. Click the Stannah Live chat button
This can be found in the bottom right-hand corner on most pages of our site.
2. Select Video call
We offer a web chat service and a video calling service - in this case, please select "Video call".
3. Start your video call
Click the "Start video call" button to connect with one of the Stannah Live team. You might find it takes 10 - 15 seconds to connect with us, so please be patient.
4. Allow camera and microphone
Please ensure when you are asked to "Allow" your camera and microphone, you click "Allow" - see examples below.

What will happen on the video call?
Our experts will be coming to you live from our showroom and are there to help with anything you need. We can offer a live tour around our showroom with a Stannah Expert, demonstrating our different products, explaining how they work and making recommendations to best suit your needs. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you have.
Do I need to have my camera switched on?
No, you don’t have to have your camera switched on, but you can if you want to. As long as your microphone is switched on, that’s all we need from you. Otherwise, just sit back and enjoy the experience of your virtual tour without worrying about how you look on camera.
Will I be asked to share personal details?
No, you won't have to share any of your personal details to join the call.
What about web chat, can I do that instead?
